Sidekick Billing Changes: What's Happening and Why

Sidekick is moving to a fully paid model. If you're on the free tier, your access continues until June 10, 2026. After that, you'll need an active subscription to keep things running.

What stops working on June 10

Without an active subscription:

  • Workflows stop running
  • Deal Rooms go inactive
  • Auto-logging for Slack stops
  • Meeting notifications stop

Your data stays intact. Nothing gets deleted. Everything picks back up the moment a subscription is active.

What a subscription costs

There's one plan. Everything Sidekick does is included from day one, no feature tiers.

  • $100/month covers the platform and up to 5 HubSpot users
  • +$10/user/month for every HubSpot user beyond 5

A team of 8 pays $130/month. A team of 12 pays $170/month.

Connect HubSpot to Sidekick before upgrading and the billing page will show your exact cost based on your current user count. No estimates.

What's included

  • HubSpot and Slack or MS Teams, fully bi-directional
  • Actionable notifications to update HubSpot without leaving Slack or Teams
  • Auto-logging for Slack (Slack Connect conversations logged to HubSpot records automatically)
  • Meeting prep briefs before every HubSpot meeting
  • Pipeline digests and stale deal alerts
  • Custom webhooks
  • Deal Rooms connected directly to HubSpot

How to upgrade

Go to Settings, then Billing inside Sidekick. If you're on the free plan, you'll see a 50% discount automatically applied to your first 3 months. Takes about 60 seconds to complete.
